The Erawan Koh Chang is a perfect destination for senior travellers like myself. The hotel's decoration is elegant yet comfortable, with spacious and well-decorated common areas that are easy to navigate. The accessibility for senior people is excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout the hotel, making it safe and convenient for us to move around.

Considering the wonderful experience I had at The Erawan Koh Chang, I could only ask for a quieter environment at night. Although the hotel itself was peaceful and serene, the nearby pub with its loud rock music could be a bit bothersome for a peaceful night's sleep for senior guests.

Friendly and dedicated staff. Quick check-in, even offered a snack while waiting. Upgraded to a spacious honeymoon suite. Rooftop bar and pool were clean and enjoyable. Convenient location near white sand beach with plenty of dining options nearby.

The room at The Erawan Koh Chang -Sha Extra Plus was perfect for my family! It had a cozy atmosphere with a nice tile floor and refreshing air conditioning. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were convenient additions, and the private bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. It made us feel right at home!

I personally found the number of rooms a bit limited, but others might still enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

During our stay at The Erawan Koh Chang -Sha Extra Plus, we were stunned by the mesmerizing view of the sandy beach. The hotel may lack direct access to beach lounges, but the beach itself is just a short distance away. We particularly loved watching the sunset from there. The hotel's location near the pier also made it convenient for exploring the island. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful beach and ideal location.

As a solo traveler, I loved the attentive staff, delicious breakfast, and assistance with organizing local trips and transportation. The rooftop pool and bar with a sea view was a great bonus, and the cleanliness of the rooms was superb. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Great location near the beach and nice pool on the rooftop with a bar. The staff were friendly and willing to help in any way they could. They provided free fruits and drinks, which was a nice touch.

we stayed at this hotel last Christmas and loved it. It's still one of the best places to stay on Koh Chang. The staff is dedicated to providing top service, and the general manager, Mr. Henry, is passionate about making guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is attentive to our needs. We extended our stay twice because we didn't want to leave.

Communication about shuttle service was lacking.

I felt like I was living in a dream, with the beautiful beachfront location and the luxurious amenities. The hotel staff were so attentive and made me feel like a queen. I couldn't ask for a more perfect holiday destination.
